Two-bedroom concept
Two bedrooms use more of the footprint. Compare bedroom furniture, storage and the central circulation zone with your household’s needs.
One bedroom plus study concept
A separate study keeps work out of the bedroom. The extra partitions reduce open living space; compare that tradeoff with a simpler one-bedroom plan.
