3. Our Directory and Quote Service

We operate a free introductory service. Our directories list third-party suppliers, and our quote forms introduce you to builders, kit suppliers or other providers. We are an introducer only. We are not a party to any contract, quote or agreement you enter into with a supplier.

We do not perform building work, supply products, or supervise any project. We are not responsible for the quality, pricing, conduct, timing or outcome of any work carried out by a supplier you find or are introduced to through the site.

Once your details are passed to a supplier, that supplier handles your information and your enquiry directly. We are not responsible for how a supplier uses your data after the introduction is made.

A listing or introduction is not an endorsement, recommendation or guarantee. We do not warrant any supplier’s licensing, insurance or workmanship. You are responsible for your own due diligence: verify licences with the relevant state authority, request current insurance certificates, check references, and read every contract before you sign.

4. Intellectual Property
